Home > About Me
My passion for nutrition ignited during my first pregnancy. When facing several pregnancy-related health challenges, including Gestational Diabetes, I found the available information frustratingly inadequate. I took matters into my own hands, diving into research to manage my conditions through changes to my diet and lifestyle. That’s when the spark happened and I realised I had discovered something I truly loved. Not long after my son was born, I began my studies in Nutritional Therapy. Fast forward a few years, and I am proud to be a qualified Nutritional Therapist and besotted mum of two amazing children.
I work with my clients to provide them with personalised information and plans that support their health. By taking into account their unique lifestyles and circumstances, we agree on practical and sustainable strategies tailored just for them.
What never ceases to amaze me is the profound impact that a good diet and lifestyle can have. With the prevalence of convenience foods and sedentary lifestyles, we’ve started to almost accept and expect poor health. We then look to doctors to fix us, whereas our bodies have an incredible capacity to heal, if provided with the right conditions.
Reflecting on my past choices, I, like many, have tried numerous fad diets, experiencing a constant rollercoaster with my weight. I’ve partied too hard, slept too little, and let stress take its toll. But that’s life, and what I’ve learned is that it’s never too late to make positive changes and invest in future health. I would love to work with you, whether you have a specific health or dietary issue you need support with, or if you just want to ensure you’re providing your body with optimal nutrition for overall health and longevity. If you think you could benefit from working with me, contact me to book a free, no-obligation 15-minute discovery call. Let’s chat about what you’re hoping to achieve and how I might be able to help. I look forward to hearing from you!
